Sharon: The cheery voice on the other end of the phone, Sharon is our Customer Happiness Specialist. She not only ensures orders are processed on time, she also advises customers on their needs, whether it be packaging or cleaning. She magically has the time attend to all customers, always with a smile on her face. Nothing is ever too difficult.

Lachlan: This one man team co-ordinates stock receivable and dispatch. We couldn't operate without him.

Sam: Not just our delivery driver, Sam holds high customer service standards and ensures your items are delivered on time. When her deliveries are done, he helps Lachlan in the warehouse.

Bhavishna: Queen B looks after the money and runs the office. She looks after accounts receivable so it's advisable to keep on her good side.

Mayur: Like all small business owners, Mayur keeps the team together and that also means filling in the gaps when a team member has to take time off. Most of his days are spent looking for innovative solutions for our customers needs.
